Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate onboarding processes and timelines for new customers

• Create and maintain training materials for self-service onboarding

• Build relationships until customers reach their platform goals

• Train frontline users in real-world environments

• Plan customer enablement events and ensure effective adoption

Requirements:

• 3-6 years in customer implementation or technical success

• Experience training frontline workers on software usage

• Proven record of managing multi-phase implementation projects

• Strong content creation abilities for training materials

• Excellent project management and coordination skills
