• Resolve issues related to client inquiries promptly

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Proficient in English and French communication

• Strong knowledge of PC systems and MS Office

• Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated

• Strong attention to detail with multitasking abilities
