Your role involves proactive investigation and resolution of content compliance issues on the CANVAS platform.
In this position, you'll handle escalated reports regarding policy violations and conduct detailed investigations that adhere to our guidelines. You will work alongside moderation teams to address user complaints, while also collaborating with tech support to resolve issues. Staying informed on current events will aid in refining our policies aimed at improving the overall creator and reader experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Investigate escalated reports and appeals thoroughly
• Conduct fair and unbiased investigations into reported content
• Assist moderation teams in resolving user issues
• Maintain communication with users regarding feedback and concerns
• Work with internal teams to track technical bugs and policy improvements
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 1-2 years of related experience in trust and safety
• Fluency in French and German
• Proficient with Zendesk, Airtable, and MS Office tools
• Passion for content policy and compliance issues
