Reporting to the Head of Customer Care, Canada, you’ll manage a team committed to delivering high-quality service in life insurance. By cultivating team performance and addressing customer needs, you will drive operational success and maintain Neilson's reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead team performance with coaching and development plans
• Collaborate on induction training for new agents
• Track and report on team KPIs for continuous improvement
• Resolve escalated customer complaints effectively
• Organize team-building and learning activities
Requirements:
• Proven track record in team management and customer service excellence
• Understanding of operational processes within a call center
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Hands-on leadership experience necessary
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools
