This entry-level role empowers you to be the primary service liaison, assisting clients with account management and procedural questions. Your expertise will drive effective communication while submitting trades and addressing industry updates to ensure proactive support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the main contact for clients and stakeholders
• Investigate and solve account-related challenges effectively
• Respond to client inquiries about Private Client services
• Coordinate with internal teams to enhance client support
• Ensure timely submission of accurate trade requests
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Business or a relevant field
• CSE is mandatory; CFA preferred
• Experience in investment or private client sectors
• Strong customer service and verbal/written communication
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
