Prophix is looking for a Customer Engagement Representative responsible for enhancing relationships with customers and driving the success of our Financial Performance Platform. You will connect with clients, understand their needs, and ensure they receive maximum value from our services.

Your role will also include working with various teams to address client feedback and enhance service delivery.
