Enhance customer relationships as a Customer Experience Analyst with Doxim. This remote role focuses on onboarding, ongoing support, and driving business expansion initiatives.
Doxim is looking for a seasoned Customer Experience Analyst with at least five years in a B2B SaaS environment. You will drive the customer journey by managing expectations, resolving issues, and fostering long-term customer relationships.
Your role will include leading feedback mechanisms to gauge customer sentiment and identifying upsell opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Champion customer onboarding and value realization
• Serve as the primary contact for ongoing customer interactions
• Drive customer feedback surveys and analyze results
• Plan and coordinate customer renewals efficiently
• Support sales with product expansion opportunities
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years' experience in B2B SaaS
• Background in US Financial and Credit Union industries
• Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor's degree or applicable experience
