As a Customer Service Representative, you will manage accounts, ensuring efficient shipment processes while coordinating with overseas offices. Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as main contact for assigned customer accounts
• Proactively identify and resolve shipment issues
• Set up and maintain job files efficiently
• Communicate with local and overseas agents regarding shipping
• Prepare customs documentation and customer reports
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in Customer Service or Operations
• Knowledge of Freight Forwarding and Supply Chain Logistics
• Proficient in MS Office and local language
• Understanding of Canadian Customs and Incoterms
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills
