Start your journey as an Intake Specialist, the friendly face our members interact with first when they seek assistance. Your ability to juggle priorities and communicate in both English and French is vital in this key support role.
In this position, you’ll be responsible for handling communications from members, ensuring their needs are met effectively. You’ll assist with travel arrangements, maintain communication with service providers, and provide ongoing updates to clients. This role is perfect for individuals who love connecting with others and solving problems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the first point of contact for assistance
• Help members with bookings and practical travel needs
• Liaise with global service providers for reports
• Provide updates on assistance requests
• Facilitate connections between families and providers
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Business or Health Sciences
• At least 2 years of customer service experience
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office
• Fluent in English and French
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting
