Position: Toronto Blue Jays Seasonal Ticket Support Role
Join the Toronto Blue Jays Ticketing Team as a Ticket Operations Representative for the 2026 baseball season. This seasonal part-time contract role emphasizes fan engagement through customer service and mobile ticket solutions at Rogers Centre.

Ideal candidates will have a love for the Blue Jays, combined with a commitment to exceptional customer service. This role involves assisting ticket holders with inquiries, providing mobile ticket support, and interacting with fans to enhance their game experience. Familiarity with Ticketmaster systems such as Archtics is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide proactive mobile ticket delivery support at gates

Requirements:

• Experience in ticketing, with preferred knowledge of Ticketmaster systems

• Ability to work in fast-paced environments outdoors

• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork capabilities

• Two years of relevant work experience required
