Deliver exceptional customer service as a Concierge at our upscale property. Engage with residents and guests while promoting a strong sense of community.
As a Concierge, you’ll be the welcoming face of our property, offering vital assistance to residents and guests. Key responsibilities include managing inquiries, providing resources, and facilitating resident events.
Your role supports community engagement by maintaining strong relationships and ensuring open communication through proactive outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist resident guests each day
• Answer Concierge phone line and address inquiries
• Manage after-hours package pickups efficiently
• Update communication logs on the resident portal
• Foster positive relationships within the apartment community
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• 1-3 years in concierge or customer service
• Knowledge of the local neighborhood preferred
• Ability to maintain professionalism in appearance
• Strong communication skills in English
