Lakeridge Health in Oshawa is seeking a Temporary Customer Service Representative to enhance client experiences. Operate in a seasonal full-time position focused on delivering high-quality customer service and managing data.
You will engage with both monthly parking customers and transient guests, resolving their inquiries with professionalism and empathy. The fast-paced environment requires a candidate who can handle various tasks while maintaining high standards of service during shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage customer interactions across calls and emails
• Maintain accurate records of customer data
• Deliver consistent service to enhance customer retention
• Assist in account setups and maintenance
• Process transactions efficiently
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• At least 1 year in customer service preferred
• Over 18 years old
• A successful background check is necessary
• Legally authorized to work in Canada
