As a Rental Coordinator, you will manage reservations, contracts, and essential customer service functions within the Rentals department. With at least two years of experience in customer service or the rental industry, strong interpersonal skills, and effective communication abilities, you'll be instrumental in ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries and process rental requests
• Maintain and document on-site inventories for daily reporting
• Process new rental contracts per standard operating procedures
• Manage daily billing, invoicing, and contract filing tasks
• Collaborate with Service department on rental equipment issues
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in customer service or rental industry
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Proficient in Windows and dealership management software
• Valid Ontario Driver’s License with a clean record
• Knowledge of Bobcat products is a plus
