The Concierge staff provides excellent customer service to all owners, residents, prospective residents, guests, and vendors. Concierge staff members are the face of the property and promote a sense of community.

Essential Job Functions
  • welcoming resident guests
  • opening doors for residents and guests
  • answering the Concierge phone line
  • after‑hours package pickup
  • addressing resident inquiries and concerns
  • updating communication logs on the resident portal
  • managing general security (e.g., loitering)
  • providing resources to customers and creating a welcoming environment for residents, customers, vendors, and neighbors
  • acquiring a broad knowledge of the community and surrounding area
  • building strong relationships with current and future members of the apartment community
  • marketing the property
  • maintaining positive relationships with residents to ensure open and effective communication
  • assisting with on‑ and off‑site resident events and initiatives
  • creating social media posts, blogging, and maintaining online presence
  • working as part of the site team to ensure each event is sociable and pleasurable
  • providing general resident services such as carrying items to suites, calling taxis, scheduling reservations, and coordinating event tickets
  • ensuring the Community Amenities area has sufficient property inventory
  • monitoring and assisting with amenity reservations and events
  • maintaining proactive communication with Management regarding issues or concerns
  • reviewing the activity log and being ready to begin work at the start of the shift
  • maintaining confidentiality in regard to residents
  • adhering to all property guidelines and performance standards
  • maintaining a work area at an appropriate level of presentation
  • performing other duties as assigned
Skills and Abilities
  • must be able to speak, write, and communicate effectively in English
  • must maintain a professional appearance and comply with the prescribed dress code policy
  • ability to cope in a fast‑paced environment and work under minimal supervision
Education / Experience
  • high school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1–3 years in an upscale customer service/concierge setting preferred
  • existing knowledge of the neighborhood and community preferred
