Easton’s Group of Hotels is searching for a passionate Guest Service Agent to join their team at The Westin Toronto Airport. You will register guests, handle payments, and promote hotel services in this fast-paced role. Fluency in English and a friendly demeanor are essential to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and check-in/out guests promptly
• Accurately process transactions and manage cashier duties
• Inform guests about hotel services and local attractions
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve requests effectively
• Book reservations and handle cancellations as needed
Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• One year of front desk or guest service experience
• Strong communication and basic math skills
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
