Bilingual Customer Experience Specialist

The Home Depot is seeking a Bilingual Customer Experience Specialist for a 12-month contract in Toronto, ON. Candidates should excel in customer service, possess strong follow-up abilities, and effectively manage projects. You will interact with customers and partners, resolving inquiries to ensure optimal experiences while working either independently or collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries across all channels
• Manage customer interactions to meet expectations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to inform customers
• Support sales retention and recovery processes
• Leverage resources to resolve tasks efficiently
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3–5 years of customer service experience preferred
• Call centre or similar experience preferred
• Knowledge of SAP ERP & COM is a plus
• Ability to handle complex issues and irate customers
