In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring delivery metrics, promptly resolving customer inquiries, and building strong relationships with internal teams. Your expertise in data analysis will lead to actionable insights that drive improvements across e-commerce logistics. You will also handle exceptions and support communication across time zones during peak periods.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor last-mile delivery quality and key performance metrics
• Address customer inquiries and manage service tickets effectively
• Assist with exceptions and dispute resolutions
• Foster collaboration between clients and internal teams
• Analyze data to identify service process issues
Requirements:
• Fluent in Mandarin and English for effective communication
• Prior experience in logistics, especially e-commerce logistics
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving ability
• Proficient in Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Excellent time management skills and able to multitask
