As a Client Care Specialist, you will work under the guidance of the Client Care Supervisor at Execaire's FBO facilities. This role demands hospitality and aviation industry experience alongside proven administrative support skills. Your primary focus will be on providing outstanding service from booking to trip completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Book hotels, car rentals, and catering for clients

• Oversee lounge amenities and supply ordering

• Ensure seamless client experiences throughout trips

• Coordinate with Line Crew for immediate customer service

• Provide general administrative support for FBO operations

Requirements:

• Experience in the hospitality or aviation industry

• Proficient in Outlook, Excel, and Power Point

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Attention to detail and task management

• Familiarity with aviation flight planning platforms
