As a Customer Service Representative, you will interact with customers via phone and email. Your primary responsibilities include addressing inquiries, processing transactions, and ensuring data accuracy. This role requires a self-motivated individual who is adaptable and detail-oriented in handling high volumes of customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance
• Process transactions, including account updates and sign-ups
• Maintain and document customer interactions in CRM systems
• Ensure compliance with service standards and policies
• Support operational tasks and report issues timely
Requirements:
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume customer service role
• Must be 18 years or older
• Pass a background check as required
• Proficient in communication, both verbal and written
