In this role at Achievers, you will utilize over 2 years of account management experience in a software/SAAS environment. Responsibilities include establishing KPIs, tracking adoption, and leading strategic workshops to enhance customer engagement. Your decision-making influence and strong business acumen will be vital for fostering long-term relationships and growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer expert guidance on platform features and functions
• Develop KPIs and goals for customer accounts
• Lead training sessions on product updates
• Manage account escalations and updates
• Report on status against established successes
Requirements:
• 2+ years in account management at SAAS companies
• Proven ability to influence decision-makers
• Skilled in using CRMs like Salesforce
• Experience in presentations for senior management
• Bachelor’s Degree necessary
