Scotia Mc Leod  Branch Systems Administrator

Requisition

Responsibilities
  • Deliver proactive and reactive technical expertise with a hands‑on approach, addressing issues and improvements for Branch Staff
  • Act as the liaison with the Helpdesk and the Branch Training and Support Team to ensure efficient resolution to all issues
  • Ensure all technology is running at maximum efficiency
  • Provide basic‑level training on all applications
  • Escalate issues to internal and external providers
Qualifications
  • Experience in providing IT support to end‑users
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Provide excellent service in a professional and respectful manner
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of Microsoft systems:
    Word, Excel, and Power Point
  • Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms
