As the LMN Onboarding Specialist, you will play a crucial role in client relations, providing tailored training to enhance user competence and satisfaction. Your organization and problem-solving skills will help create seamless onboarding experiences, ensuring clients are equipped to take full advantage of our powerful software ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the main contact during the client's onboarding phase
• Provide virtual training that empowers clients on platform usage
• Identify client needs and resolve any emerging challenges
• Keep detailed records of client progress and results
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in SaaS customer-facing roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong ability to manage multiple onboarding projects
• Experience with CRM/customer success tools is preferred
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced work environment
