Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with clients to assess needs and provide support
• Facilitate resolution of client issues effectively
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Investors Edge products
• Utilize online brokerage systems for swift resolutions
• Manage multiple software applications efficiently
Requirements:
• Degree/diploma in business; CSC is an asset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to navigate dual monitors effectively
• Passion for learning and problem-solving
• Flexibility in working hours as required
