What You’ll Be Doing
As a member of the Personal and Business Banking Team, you’ll work in a fast‑paced banking centre and use your knowledge of financial services products to help clients with their day‑to‑day banking needs. As a Client Service Representative you’ll answer questions, assist with transactions, and proactively connect clients with the right team members. You’ll be the first line of support as clients work toward their financial goals.
You’ll be on site full‑time, flexible to work banking centre hours (which may include evenings and weekends) and to work at multiple centres within a reasonable travel distance.
- Client engagement – Help clients manage their accounts and products, focus on the client experience, and connect them to the right CIBC team members.
- Problem solving – Listen, ask questions, and put yourself in the client’s shoes. Take accountability for client issues and work with others to create better solutions.
- Leveraging technology – Become a technology expert and introduce clients to mobile banking applications to help them manage their banking needs.
