We're looking for a driven Bilingual Customer Service Representative with expertise in complaint handling. You will provide exceptional service, process purchase orders through SAP, and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders. This opportunity promises a dynamic environment where you can demonstrate your communication skills in both French and English.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide professional customer service and order processing
• Assess and process Purchase Orders through SAP
• Coordinate with internal teams for efficient order handling
• Supply accurate product availability and pricing information
• Manage claims and documentation for customer orders
Requirements:
• College education preferred for this role
• Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal
• 3-5 years of experience in customer service roles
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft applications
Deliver exceptional service and problem-solving skills as part of our team in North York.
