Veterinary Receptionist Position

This full-time role offers an opportunity to leverage your customer service skills in a veterinary setting. You will assist with various client interactions, schedule appointments efficiently via a multi-line phone system, and support the veterinary team with essential tasks. Maintaining a pristine reception area is also part of your key responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome clients and their pets upon arrival
• Schedule appointments using a multi-line phone
• Admit and discharge pet patients promptly
• Handle invoicing and create service estimates
• Ensure cleanliness of all reception areas
Requirements:
• Excellent customer service aptitude and calmness under pressure
• Familiarity with appointment scheduling systems
• Demonstrated initiative and reliability
• Certification in Veterinary Assistant programs is a bonus
• Ability to assist with various veterinary tasks
Contribute to a friendly atmosphere while providing critical support in client care at VCA Canada.
