As a pivotal member of the OPENLANE team, you will supervise the Dealer Registration process, focusing on risk mitigation and service excellence. You will train staff while ensuring adherence to protocols and maintaining a high service standard.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coach the registration team for high performance
• Collaborate across departments for efficient customer service
• Ensure compliance with provincial licensing
• Train teams on new operational procedures
• Manage escalated customer inquiries promptly
Requirements:
• 5+ years in customer service or technical support
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Proficient with Salesforce and CRM tools
• Strong leadership capabilities
• Experience in technical troubleshooting within a SaaS environment
