Become a key player in customer satisfaction as a Service BDC Representative at Volkswagen Midtown Toronto.
Your role will focus on managing inquiries and scheduling services for our clientele.
The BDC Representative works with the Service department to ensure customers feel valued and informed. You will be integral in making 80-100 outbound calls each day to facilitate communication and set service appointments. This role is designed for enthusiastic individuals eager to improve customer experiences through proactive engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make 80-100 daily outbound calls to clients
• Follow up to verify customer satisfaction levels
• Assist with scheduling and reminders for services
• Address service reminders, recalls, and inquiries
• Perform additional responsibilities as needed
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a call center is an asset
• Familiarity with dealership service operations preferred
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Relevant customer service experience required
• Proficient with technology and computer systems
