Position: Full-Time Monitoring Center Agent

As a Monitoring Center Agent at Johnson Controls, you will be responsible for monitoring alarm systems and responding effectively to incoming signals. This position requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will engage in significant phone work while adhering to standard operating procedures for safety at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor systems for alarm signals and respond promptly

• Place outgoing calls to dispatch authorities when necessary

• Document all alarms and responses accurately

• Process incoming calls from customers regarding alarms

• Support continuous improvement processes within the team

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Must work flexible shifts, including weekends

• Call center experience preferred

• Minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute

• Strong organizational skills for multi-tasking
