As part of the Servicing Operations team, you will be crucial in ensuring timely communication and effective management of borrower documentation. Your strong skills in customer service, time management, and communication will help support borrowers throughout the mortgage process. Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure timely sending of Welcome Letters to borrowers
• Maintain and follow up on required documentation
• Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat
• Process changes for payments and mortgage payouts
• Communicate with borrowers regarding missed payments
Requirements:
• 2+ years in Residential Mortgage servicing
• Minimum 1 year in collections preferred
• Experience in administration and call centers
• Advanced knowledge of mortgage products
• Bilingualism in English and French is a plus
