Position: 2612673 Client Service Representative - Part-time (15hours/week)

What you’ll be doing

As a member of the Personal and Business Banking Team, you’ll work in a fast‑paced Banking Center and use your knowledge of financial services products to help clients with their day‑to‑day banking needs. You’ll answer questions, assist with transactions, and proactively connect clients with the right CIBC team members. Flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and occasional travel to multiple banking centres, are required.

The role is full‑time on‑site.

Responsibilities
  • Answer client questions, assist with transactions, and proactively connect clients with relevant team members.
  • Help clients manage their accounts and products, focusing on the client experience and making interactions meaningful.
  • Listen, ask questions, and troubleshoot, taking accountability for client issues and collaborating with others to create solutions.
  • Introduce clients to mobile banking applications and help them better manage their banking needs through technology.
