Your role in the Business Development Center is pivotal, focusing on customer engagement and lead management. Skilled in creating rapport, you will help set the tone for long-lasting customer relationships. Together, we’ll ensure that Downtown Auto Group is recognized as a trusted choice for automotive needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage inbound leads through calls, emails, and chats
• Organize precise appointments for sales and service
• Develop customer relationships to customize their experience
• Support the sales team by pre-qualifying leads
• Ensure follow-up on service appointments and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Prior experience with CRM software
• High tolerance for call volume
• Flexible working hours required
