Join Cidel as a Client Services Associate for an 18-month contract, ensuring impeccable client service and timely account management. This role will engage you in comprehensive client onboarding and cash management tasks.
In this role, your focus will be on managing client queries and supporting account setups. You'll be instrumental in the processes of documentation, regulatory compliance, and reporting, enhancing the client experience through streamlined operations and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate comprehensive onboarding of client accounts
• Oversee organization of client records and documentation
• Process cash management requests and transactions
• Assist in client reporting, including account updates
• Manage regulatory forms and ensure compliance
Requirements:
• 1-3 years in a Client Service or Admin role
• Experience with back-office operations preferred
• Knowledge of regulatory documentation and tax reporting
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Attention to detail and organizational prowess
