Your role focuses on resolving issues and enhancing client experiences.
Based in Toronto, you'll manage incoming calls, ensuring accurate order processing and timely status updates for customers. Skilled communication and multitasking will be essential as you document interactions and maintain strong customer relationships in an optical service context.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle numerous customer calls regarding orders and inquiries
• Process orders and track their progress diligently
• Resolve product or service issues effectively
• Maintain customer account records accurately
• Follow up on requests and provide timely updates
Requirements:
• High School Diploma, with preferred college education
• 1-2 years in a call center or 3-5 years customer service
• Knowledge of ZEISS lenses is preferred
• Ability to multitask and communicate clearly
• Availability for flexible shifts between 9 am and 8 pm
