Join Randstad Canada as a Facilities Services Customer Center Operator in Toronto. This role focuses on front-line customer service and efficient request management at a busy Dispatch Centre.
In this position, you will assist clients by processing service requests and initiating work orders, ensuring a smooth operational flow. Your ability to troubleshoot service issues and communicate effectively will be critical, as you interact with both internal teams and external service providers. A commitment to confidentiality and professionalism is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound service requests through multiple communication channels
• Create and dispatch work orders to service providers
• Assign priority levels to facilitate prompt response
• Provide customer service support and maintain privacy
• Train new team members as needed
Requirements:
• High school completion and technical business training
• At least one year of customer service experience
• Strong English language proficiency
• Effective communication and typing skills
• Open availability for varying shifts and holidays
Support client needs and ensure efficient service delivery in a dynamic environment.
