ESC is looking for up to six Corporate Services Clerks to strengthen our team. This role involves assisting clients with various searches, ensuring timely order fulfillment, and managing escalations. Working closely with cross-department teams ensures smooth operations and a robust service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with searches like litigation and corporate inquiries
• Manage daily operations ensuring timely order completion
• Handle level one escalations in your area
• Answer client questions and explain service offerings
• Follow up on files submitted to ministries and agents
Requirements:
• Bilingual in French and English
• Law Clerk Diploma or equivalent with 3-5 years of experience
• Experience with PPSA and title registries is an asset
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple requests under pressure
