As a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist, you serve as the vital link between customers and our supply chain department. Your primary task involves processing customer orders, responding to inquiries, and managing communications effectively. You will help ensure key performance metrics are met and customer expectations are achieved through proactive order tracking and resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and process orders in a timely manner
• Adhere to customer service policies using Esker CIM
• Analyze and respond to customer inquiries urgently
• Provide updates on order statuses and delays
• Collaborate across teams for effective resolutions
Requirements:
• A minimum of two years of customer service experience
• Fluency in both English and French is essential
• Computerized order entry experience is mandatory
• Knowledge of SAP is preferred
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
