As a senior role at MAGNA, you will ensure clients successfully implement and derive value from material handling solutions. Your expertise in manufacturing and material handling will be crucial as you work closely with customers and internal teams on adoption challenges, engaging with Customer Success Managers to bolster usage and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner directly with customers on solution adoption
• Guide alignment with KPIs, operational workflows, and business goals
• Collaborate in solution design with Solutions Engineers
• Serve as a voice for customers to product teams
• Mentor Customer Success and Solutions teams
Requirements:
• 10+ years in manufacturing or material handling
• Proven customer engagement experience
• Strong knowledge of operational performance metrics
• Excellent communication and relationship skills
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
