Bilingual Service Agent

Position: Greater Bilingual Service Agent
Become a valued Bilingual Customer Service Representative based in the Greater Toronto Area. This role focuses on providing expert assistance for insurance inquiries in both English and French.

Candidates will initially work onsite for three weeks of training, then in a probationary period of three months, with an opportunity for a hybrid schedule. Previous experience in a call center or customer service, particularly in insurance or financial services, is highly desirable. Your communication skills will be key in this fast-paced role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quickly respond to customer queries about insurance policies

• Make outbound calls for policy renewals and follow-ups

• Keep detailed records of customer interactions

• Provide information that adheres to regulatory standards

• Work collaboratively with internal departments to address concerns

Requirements:

• Must be bilingual in English and French

• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary preferred

• Minimum of 2 years in a customer service role

• Excellent verbal communication and active listening

• Proficient with customer management technology
