In this role, you will connect with Financial Advisors and Investors, addressing their inquiries and providing solutions. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing the client experience within a supportive and proactive team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Primary contact for advisor and investor inquiries
• Resolve issues and communicate effectively in both languages
• Maintain a professional demeanor with every caller
• Work rotating shifts from 8 AM to 8 PM
• Stay knowledgeable about AGF’s offerings
Requirements:
• Completed post-secondary education with relevant courses
• 1 to 3 years of contact center experience required
• Proficiency in English and French, both written and oral
• Strong listening and communication skills
• Self-motivated with effective multitasking abilities
