This casual fixed-term contract position focuses on educating new customers about wagering while enhancing their overall experience at the premier horse racing facility in Canada. You will proactively engage with guests, assist in placing bets, and promote upcoming events to create enthusiastic and loyal customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and engage customers to encourage wagering
• Assist customers with self-serve machine usage
• Educate guests on betting procedures and promotions
• Participate in WEG promotional events
• Handle cash transactions and balance after each race
Requirements:
• Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with Amtote equipment preferred
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Excellent verbal communication abilities
• Capable of working well under pressure
