In the Client Services team at AGF, you will take pride in delivering stellar service, ensuring clients receive precise information and support. With 1-3 years' relevant experience in financial services, you will be a vital contributor to client solutions and rapport-building endeavors. Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary contact for client insights and solutions
• Address and resolve customer requests effectively
• Foster positive relationships with clients through professionalism
• Participate in scheduled shifts from 8 AM to 8 PM, Monday to Friday
• Keep updated on AGF's products and client service strategies
Requirements:
• Completed post-secondary education;
Canadian Securities Course is a plus
• 1 to 3 years' experience in a contact centre
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Capacity for problem-solving and decision-making
