Responsibilities   Establish leads, schedule visits, determine customer needs, and market suitable products or services.
Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous customer service. Answer questions regarding insurance coverage schedules, eligibility, protections, policy modifications, transfers, case submissions, and billing clarification.
Collaborate with the representative to set and achieve marketing goals.
Requirements   Excellent interpersonal skills
