JLL is hiring a Receptionist for its prominent downtown Toronto office, serving a significant technology client. This on-site position focuses on creating a welcoming atmosphere, managing visitor logs, and supporting employee transitions. Your responsibility will also include overseeing logistics like parking and package management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create positive first impressions at the reception
• Manage visitor tracking and logs diligently
• Handle parking and vehicle access efficiently
• Support onboarding and offboarding employee processes
• Manage courier and mail packages responsibly
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in customer service experience
• Familiarity with various IT tools and systems
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Proficient in English
• Ability to perform light physical activities
