Position: Customer Service Manager at Univar Solutions
Lead customer service excellence with Univar Solutions as a Customer Service Manager. Oversee operations, team development, and client relations while ensuring compliance and performance.

In this management role, you will oversee daily operations of the customer service department. Cultivate strong client relationships and support team members to provide exceptional service. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the customer service team for high‑quality service

• Oversee accurate order processing from entry to delivery

• Manage customer accounts and address inquiries or complaints

• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Transportation for fulfillment

• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous service improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or similar

• 5+ years in customer service, 2+ in management

• Experience in chemical distribution or logistics preferred

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems and MS Office
