Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and resolve friction in onboarding processes
• Build robust systems for Professional Services execution
• Lead change initiatives within customer success operations
• Develop technical solutions in partnership with other departments
• Foster collaboration across customer-facing teams
Requirements:
• 8+ years of relevant operations experience
• Expertise in Professional Services tools and platforms
• Strong data analysis and customer success insight
• Mastery of process improvement techniques
• Excellent in both verbal and written communication
