Join the Client Success Team at RBC as a Client Success Associate focusing on onboarding clients in Canada and the U.S. Leverage your operational expertise to enhance client experiences.
In this full-time role, you'll work with a global team to manage client onboarding, ensuring smooth interactions across multiple departments including KYC, AML, and IT. Your strong communication skills will be essential in facilitating client relationships while providing transparency on onboarding progress. Expect a fast-paced environment that challenges you to identify areas for process improvement and risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage onboarding requests for RBC locations in Canada
• Facilitate communication with various functional teams
• Report onboarding progress and escalate issues as needed
• Update desktop procedures in line with changes
• Identify opportunities for process enhancement
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of onboarding or operations experience
• Strong knowledge of derivative products
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Understanding of Capital Markets
