Accerta is hiring a fixed-term Account Service Representative for six months to enhance customer relationships and support account services. You will process applications and claims, ensuring accuracy while adhering to departmental policies. Strong oral and written communication skills, along with a keen understanding of dental procedures, are essential for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enter and adjudicate dental claims accurately
• Contact external parties for missing information
• Process corrections for various transactions
• Maintain eligibility database and confidentiality
• Assist in adjudication system testing for claim accuracy
Requirements:
• 1-2 years dental benefit industry experience
• Secondary Diploma or equivalent required
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and data processing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle a high volume of work efficiently
