At Nitro, the Enterprise Customer Success Manager is pivotal in leading post-sales engagements for our enterprise clients. With 3-5 years of experience in B2B account management, this role focuses on enhancing customer partnerships through quality education and communication. You will work closely with both customers and internal teams to ensure their needs are met promptly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the main contact for enterprise customer needs
• Drive engagement and adoption across business accounts
• Ensure smooth onboarding and Nitro rollout process
• Proactively identify customer health risks and mitigate churn
• Collaborate with sales to explore expansion and up-sell opportunities
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years in customer success or similar roles
• Strong communication skills with attention to detail
• Commitment to Nitro’s mission and values
• Ability to travel up to 10%
Excel in managing customer relationships and driving satisfaction as a key member of Nitro’s team.
