As part of Clio’s Revenue Enablement team, you will design customer success training programs that support engagement throughout the customer journey. You will leverage your insights to boost adoption, upsells, and retention while collaborating with various departments for optimal impact.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and deliver enablement programs including onboarding sessions
• Translate product launches into actionable communication for CSMs
• Maintain and update certification content for customer success
• Analyze performance data to inform program enhancements
• Oversee coaching reviews on customer interactions
Requirements:
• 2+ years’ experience in customer success or learning development
• Proven track record in designing impactful training
• Knowledge of customer success methodologies
• Strong presentation skills and confidence interacting with teams
• Ability to utilize analytics for improvement strategies
